Family Health International (FHI)In one of its efforts to address the very low condom coverage rates in sex work in Bangladesh, FHI Bangladesh planned to introduce FC Female Condoms as a “back up negotiation device” for sex workers. To ensure proper introduction, a one-day FC training curriculum was developed and training sessions were conducted in various cities. To obtain systematic feedback on the use of FCs during the introduction period, an intensive monitoring scheme was developed and implemented over the period October 2003 - January 2004.
