  Purchase of Shares by Director

 

The Female Health Company Reported that Stephen M. Dearholt, a director, has purchased 208,863 shares of common stock during the last 30 days.  Mr. Dearholt's aggregate beneficial ownership now totals 2,705,583 shares of the Company's common stock or 20.29%.
